Blown 15A ignition fuse

Blown 15A ignition fuse
Any idea what would blow the 15A ignition fuse in the PDC? The only thing it effects is my AC clutch. I do notice when the engine is under a good amount of load that the the air will not blow until I left off the accelerator. Obviously I have some vacuum issues, but will that backed up pressure on the AC clutch cause a power issue?
