Default Blower Problems

My blower fan for A/C and heat on my '99 Cherokee went out a few days ago. Today I replaced the resistor, the blower motor, and checked the fuses/relays. The blower is still not working. Any suggestions as to what to try next? Maybe a wire is cut somewhere between? I'm running out of ideas...

Is there power at the blower connector?

See if you have power at the pins on the connector. One should be hot all the time, the other two when the blower is set to med and high.
