Ive searched alot of threads involving this subject but have not found the answer i am looking for. my blower motor switch and harness plug were melted, i have baught the new switch but my plug fell apart, now i need to know what wires go where and the switch. i have the chilton manual with the wiring diagram but it does not specify which goes where. any help would be great. thanks!

 

My 96 did that also but the previous owner did the fix. He just replaced the switch with a toggle switch and ran wiring through the firewall to the blower motor plug. It is in the upper passenger side under the hood at the very top right up againist the firewall. I will try and take pics of it tomorrow and post them up here so you can get a better idea of where its at and how to do it.

 

Might check on ebay for a better manual, I know there are a few out there with like 3000 pages and include but better in depth diagrams that most of the car parts stores copys. I got mine for like 1.00 i think.
