Before pulling the blower again (PITA), see if you open the Recirculation Air Door and look inside the HVAC Unit at the end of the blower and see if there's any insulation jambed in the blower cage, or if the cage is bent.
You'll have to remove the kick cover under the glove box (like accessing the blower resistor block, start the engine, select Max Air (Recirc) on the mode selector and see if the door opens enough to see inside. If not you will have to detach the recirc door actuator and manually open the door.

I know Im kinda rehashing my old thread but I did this after you made the suggestion. It moves when I play with the temperature **** so I dont think thats it.

Revised procedures:
Roll the glove box down by removing the rubber stops on the door and let it hang down.
Look inside the area behind the glove box and you'll see the Recirc Air Inlet. See pic.

Requires the engine running: Run the mode selector to the AC Max Air position (Recirc), #11 position, and look inside the HVAC Unit at the blower cage, the fan should be running. Run it to OFF "O" and the fan should stop.
