Blower Motor or Heater???

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 HO
Blower Motor or Heater???
When i put my heat on it blows the fuse in slot 5.. 96 cherokee sport, but .if i out the heat on in the on position it stays on for a little bit. Any sugestions guys im new to this jeep world. Thanks in advance
