Blower fan doesn't blow hard.
I have a 2000 Cherokee. My ac is cold but doesn't blow hard. I've replaced the blower with a used one but I believe it works fine. I hooked it up before installing it and it appeared fine. My actuator is fine the air moves to different locations properly. I don't seem to have any blockage in the duct. I do have the fan straight wired to a toggle switch because it stopped working and I replaced the three switches in the dash and it didn't help and my fan still didn't work this is why I put à toggle switch in. At this point I'm stumped any help would be appreciated

You probably just needed a new Resistor Block.
Here's a schematic that shows the Resistor Block.

OK ty for responding. Is the resistor block located behind the glove compartment, in the duct, slightly to the left of the fresh air/recirculation air flap? If so I took mine out was all rusty so I replaced it with a used one (I'm on a very tight budget )that was good and clean looking no rust. And it didn't help. If it's something in someplace totallydifferent where is it plz ty
