Nice username!

My expert amateur opinion is that you have a SUBSTANTIAL head gasket leak. I zoomed all the way in and couldn't see one at all.

Bought 2001 Cherokee cheap because of potential cracked 0331 head issue. The old owner said her boyfriend put a new water pump on and forgot to hook up electric fan and overheated. So now its mine . Got old head off ready for new head I noticed a scratch on #4 cylinder wall. Now Im wondering if its a crack. Jeep starts up fine with white smoke. Only driven it on and off trailer as to get it home. I now have a rebuilt 0331 TUPY head and don't know what to do. Jeep had low oil pressure and oil light was on. So thinking about putting new had on and see what happens.

I'll bet the coolant has wiped out the bearings.

Nothing to lose, especially if you already have a trailer ready to go retrieve it.
