I take it back, it is possible to have some threaded holes in a block but I'm frankly a little frustrated tho by people just tossing out information like they knew what they were talking about when they don't. It's virtually constant on forums, last thing was I was told elsewhere that that was a block drain and it was 1/4 NPT... well NOT. Then, it was 3/8 (NPT) well NOT. Then just lately I was told that the Torx that hold on the EGR (yuh got one of them too) was T40 so I went and bought that torx bit down to the wrecking yard and guess what, it was a T30 LOL.
