Default Blinker trouble

Here's a new one for me. Hopefully someone else has had this problem and can push me in the right direction.

My blinkers are confused. When I turn on the right blinker, the passenger side blinks, when I turn on the left blinker the drivers side front blinks but both the rear bulbs blink, if I turn on my hazards only the passenger side blinks unless I also switch on my left blinker to make them all blink.

I am thinking its a wire issue in the steering column since if I jiggle the hazard switch or give it a good pop with my palm while the left blinker is engaged, the driver side will properly work.

?

Dove deeper and searched google, going to check out the relay in the dash (where I think the problem is most likely) and will all check the condition of the relay underneath the air box.

Assuming there's crossed wires

Could possibly be a bad relay

Truth. If I palm the panel or jiggle the hazard switch things start working properly.
