Default blinker/singal problem

my blinker/signal will work fine at times but sometimes itll blink a few times than just stop blinking and just stay lit unless i hit the lever.

usually if the bulb is burned itll blink really fast, so i dont think its that. but all it does this time is stay on

does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Were there any precursors to this event, maybe a wreck or a hood deep puddle?

Check the sockets for corrosion check for cracked wires and shorts. I found out the double filament bulb can do weird things.

Maybe go to your local JY and see if you can get a new harness for the front lights. Just pop the hood, disconnect the harness (2 or 3 places I think) and remove the 6 nuts from the front fascia.

Hope that helps.
