Blinker problem!!!

Blinker problem!!!
my left blinker is always lit and when i try to blink to turn left it wont blike and the lights are not on on the outside. but when i turn my lights off it says its blinking but its not??!?!?!!?

Are both your turn signal bulbs good? I had the same problem with mine but the front driver bulb was busted and they wouldn't blink at all. I would turn them on and they would just light up.
