Blinker and power door lock problems

Blinker and power door lock problems
Hi there everybody I have a 2000 xj. When I turn my left blinker on the hazards come on in the rear. Also my power door locks do not work along with only being able to roll my passenger window down from the passenger side door. I'm wondering if anybody has had similar issues and has a solution
my blinker also has a tendency to get stuck and stop actually blinking.
