My blinkers now make this noise instead of flashing like they should

I would check your fuses and make sure it isnt blown and your fuse block isnt burned or melted and shorting out something else. I would also replace the turn signal stalk as well. There should be a relay under your hood that controls turn signals I believe. Good Luck!!
