Blend door 99' XJ

Blend door 99' XJ
Can any one please explain the procedure on getting to the blend door, checking it... I have checked the actuator motor and everything coolant, heater core, radiator & thermostat.

update
ok, I feel stupid. I found the info on an earlier post. pulled the actuator motor, dismantled, greased, checked door...all good. flushed heater core 
(did this in the spring so thought it was good)....clogged.. I'm all good now, my wife has heat in her xj.
