Once I take everything apart, clean them, hone them, in his case break the bleeders out, etc. I'm WAY over the price of $8.49 a side.

Can't seem to find them online. Shoot me that link if you don't mind. All i am seeing is shoes and what not.

picked them up from auto zone on the way home today. Got the rear drivers tore apart. Darn cylinder was even missing a bolt so i have to head tomorrow just to get a lil 13 mm bolt. Even with the cylinder off I can't get the bleeded to break free. Just ain't happening but hey this truck is 21 years old wouldnt hurt to have a new cylinder and at 8 buck ya can't beat that. shoes are wore out so went ahead changed those out also. cost me 40 bucks for new shoes, cylinders, and a replacment spring pack.

I use autozone because they got the rewards thing going on every time you spend 20 bucks 5 times they give you 20 bucks you can't beat that.

I avoid the Auto Zone here because the clerks can't tell an XJ from a Mercedes. If they were any stupider they wouldn't be able to feed themselves. I went in asking for a set of sparkplugs for a buddies Chevy pick-up and they asked me if it was a diesel.

Our autozone guys are some oldtimers that are nice and helpful so that is why I like them.

You should have said YES and seen if they went to get spark plugs anyway that would have been funny.

Wow....I'm suprised you don't live near me.... I think they must be the ones that trained the people that work in my local AZ...

Second to the last time I went in AutoZone... I was asking about spring center pins... The comptuer jockey told me I didn't need center pins for a Cherokee because it had coil springs.. When I tried to explain that it was a regular Cherokee and a Grand had coils in the rear not a Cherokee. He told me that if I didn't know what I was talking about I ought to have a mechanic work on Jeep. I told him to come out in the parking and look at my nice long flat coil springs..... The other two jockeys stood there and laughed at him....

The last time... I went in looking for 2 inch wide 20k lb. ratchet straps. They didn't have any... The counter idiot recommends I just get 1 inch staps and double them up, because they each will hold 9k and 18k is almost the same as 20k.......

O'Reillys is less than a block away..... My wife told me I should get a job at AutoZone so I could slap the other employees in the head everytime they say something dumb.. I told her that hitting people that many times is assault.....

Thats the reason I look everything up on the computer before I go to the parts store. That way I just go in and TELL them what I want, saves time because I don't have to explain myself.

Ok I replaced everything and now she stops better than my commander. I mean if i touch the brakes she stops. Still moves good in drive without holding the brakes or touching the gas so I dont have them too tight or nothing. Let me wife take it out without the sway bar in the front. She didnt like it so i will be putting it back on tomorrow. I put the front back together and she now has tow hook brackets in the front. Still need to go to a farm store and pick up some tow hooks but she is ready to roll. LETS GO WHEELING. I took some pics bug her to upload them though he he.
