I think all wheels would look better with satin black instead of flat or gloss!! Maybe using rhino liner could look cool too!

These Lobos are the wheel I am thinking about buying. But does anyone have them yet? I wish I could see them on an XJ before I drop $250 on a set.

250 for rims. That is inexpensive. The rims I put on my old XJ were 160 a piece. Though they did have a Teflon coating on them. LOL those bad boys could' get mud to stick to em if it was superglued!!!! I like the above mentioned rims tough. very nice. Those and a set of treadwrights would only set ya back 600 for rims and tires. very nice. very nice.

Quadratec is the cheapest place that carries them. The other companies that carry them are asking about 30-40 bucks more.

I'm eying these: The 909 Alloys, wondering how they would look:

I wasn't even looking for wheels but those 909 alloys got me thinking. Now im wondering if i want steel or alloy wheels, im not gonna be doing any crazy offroading just trails pretty much and i like the light weight of the alloys im just wondering if there is a downside to alloys when im only gonna be on trails with very limited rock crawling (i heard steelies were better in the rocks in case you bend them or anything you can fix on the spot to at least get off the trail, correct me if im wrong)

Does anyone have any Black Rock wheels yet? They look great but what kind of quality is it?
