ok so i checked it out and my passenger side tire has a quite a bit of up and down movement but it is not the ball joints it is the wheel bearing because the ball joints dont move but you can see the axle shaft move, right?

Old set was probably slightly out of balance.
I too am fighting a DW issue. My next step is to replace the track bar as the bushings look pretty bad. But since money is tight I am just dealing with the DW... keep it under 45 and it doesnt happen much..

wow i thought i had it bad before gotta go under 45 that sucks
well i was goin down the e way wednesday night and my trac bar broke I used rusty's from my 4.5" lift and added his HD frame mount and end when i went to the 6.5" (the end ripped out of the bar) . THe rep there told me it would work!!! well i sent it in and talked to rusty himself, he said it was because there wasnt enough threads in there,. Wish i knew when it broke (only about 3/4 of an inch) So they are sending me a new bar and end for a 6.5" lift so hopefully this will help my prob too. And i get another shirt a hat and i asked if i could have some new shims for the rear axle cuz my aluminum ones broke and he is sending me some steel ones for free. STILL LOVE RUSTY'S LOL.
i will post some pics of the bar later.
Oh and i can grab my TRE bar and draglink with one hand and move all the TRE's with ease. I know i need a new one on the pitman arm but can i just try tightening the ones at the wheels?

TREs will not tighten. If they are worn out, they need replacement. I'm glad Rusty is standing behind his stuff. I'd anything they make, aside from the track bar, I've read too much bad about them. This is my opinion, if you like them, run what you like, that's all that matters!! HTH!!

Yep pretty much, thank goodness I dont do any highway driving.
Shhh... keep that to yourself..
Atleast he is sending you another one, but the fact it only had 3/4" of threads sounds like poor design or production to me. To each thier own but I hear more bad stuff about Rusty's than good...
I dont think just tightening the nut on the outter tie rods is going to do much good, the looseness is from inside the joint itself.
Good luck, let us know what finally fixes it.

Someone on another forum was talking about one that just broke but he was flexing not on the freeway...I saw a pic of a jeep whose rusty's trackbar broke on the freeway he walked away the jeep didn't..I'd buy some of rusty's stuff but not everything..
Yeah some things like skids and coils/leaves are alright.
