Early This morning I needed a jump start. After my son was playing with the dom light. Well I crossed the (+) and (-) and i got a big spark . But now I get my 99 cherokee wont start I can smell gas so i think im not getting spark at times. It seems like its going to turn over but then no go . I checked fuses , relays, everything i can think of everything else works great just not starting.... Any help would be great

 

I would unhook the battery for a while, turn the key "on" and push te horn button for 30 seconds. This clears the ECU. Hook it back up and try starting it. After that, you have to start looking at fusible links, fuses, sensors, etc. but I would do the simple things first.

 

Is there any other fuses or relay saw and checked the ones under the hood (pass side) and the ones under the dash (pass side)

 

Theres a big fuse that goes to the power block, but you said that everything else has power and its turning over, so I dont think thats the problem.
I would reset the ECU and see if it starts. If it doesnt, start checking fuses.

 

When you said the horn stuff i thought you was F^%$ing with me FIXED thanks man I have had it a less then a week
