oh on the corner of euclid/whittier blvd? ive never been there but the one accross the street from LHHS where all the other auto repair shops are is where i went and the guy treated me pretty good. i'd go there after you do some work on it. a tune up is pretty easy and cheap to do. i just got napa parts when i did mine. this included the cap wires and plugs. if you cant do the work talk to the auto shop teacher at LHHS. he teaches at Sonora too and i know him pretty well. he might be able to have the work done at school for you, you'll just have to supply the parts of course.

If your registration is due soon and you still have not passed smog, PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE. You won't get your registration/sticker and it won't be legal to drive, but you avoid the late fees.

if you join NAXJA and go on the socal forum there are tons of people there who might be able to weld up the exhaust manifold for you, or even swap in a good one for free.

do you guys think the exhaust manifold crack is heavily effecting the CO fail? or just the o2 sensor?

the cracked header definitely would cause a CO failure because it would run rich due to the oxygen entering the exhaust pre-o2 sensor. The o2 sensor likely needs to be replaced also because i'm sure it's all carboned up due to you running rich.

I would fix both at the same time.
