So I looked real close at the freeze plugs and they look very dry or maybe a tiny bit of seepage. But when I do down to where the head connects to the oil pain I see alot of antifreeze and its dripping. Is this the head gasket?

From what I gather it really looks like its leaking ABOVE the plugs... Is there something else I need to be looking at?

rent/borrow a pressure tester for your cooling system. pump it up to recommended psi. look and listen for leaks.

I crawled under it when it was running and its literally dripping. I cant find the leak but its dripping off the oil pan bolts ALOT. I am going to try and take it to a buddy tomorrow and have him pressure test check it.

Looks like the freeze plugs. Yes, you have to remove the intake and exhaust manifolds to replace the plugs.
While you are at it get yourself a shop manual or at least a Chilton manual.

Ok I will try and tackle that but I just realized something.,

I found a hose that was like an elbow. It was 3 inches then it had the elbow then 3 inches. Looked like an L. It was on the gorund under my Jeep anyone know where this could have came from? One end is open big and the other is sealed it looks like.

I leak Antifreeze only when its hot. WHen its cold it doesnt drip much at all. So I will try and replace the freeze plugs. I will just do all of them.

Has anyone done this? What certain tools do I need?

Hammer,Screwdriver,Pliers, A socket as close to same size as the plug as possible, assorted wrenches to remove int/exh manifolds, green loctite for pressed fits (optional but cheap insurance IMO). Intake Gasket

Tanner,

After you get that clean fresh rebuilt motor dropped in, that bike in the background is going to need a rear tire before spring.....
