BFG's are great.
I use a set of 33x10.50's for wheeling. they only have 1/4" of tread left, but they are siped. only got stuck a few times with them, and that's either A) because I was hung up on an axle, or B) because I was not locked.
locked, I cannot think of any situation where I'd get stuck with BFG's. of course, the siping helps a TON.
