Best way to replace this TRE? Pic inside

What's the most efficient way to go about replacing this tie rod end on the pitman arm? It looks like I won't be able to pull it out of the pitman because the drag link won't flex downwards enough.. If that makes sense. There's gotta be a simple way to do this lol. maybe mess with the coupler thing that has the two bolts?
I assume I will need to rent some kind if puller. I used a pickle fork to take off my track bar, but it seems like the pitman arm wouldn't be able to handle the pounding force that the track bar bracket can.
My Haynes manual failed me on this one. No detail whatsoever! Any input is much appreciated thanks!

I'm more worried about getting it off the drag link itself, not so much the pitman arm. I won't have to remove the entire drag link will I?
I'm probably going to just try and remove that coupler piece.. Unless there's a better method out there
