Best shocks for Under $150
What are the best shocks for 4.5" of lift for under $150? All 4 shocks would have to be under $150... MAYBE $200

I wouldn't gimp out on spending money on quality shocks. Trust me you'll be much happier to put some extra cash with that $150 and get either Bilstein's, OME, or RE Monotubes. You'll be much happier and satisfied with the quality of your ride.
But if you must go $150 or less then I'd just do the normal RC 8000's or 9000'. I hear they aren't much different.

if you dont want to spend to much just get the RC shocks they arent the best but they arent as bad as people say i have mine on for 6 months now and they are ok this aint no Lexus and i realize that but i look at it this way if i wanted a luxury suv i would have bought one

I use skyjacker hydros on all my jeeps. They are valved properly for jeeps (unlike some cheap shocks that ride like shi$) and are $35 a piece. Too bad you missed out on the $35 rebate program. It ended last month. I had all shocks for just under $100
