guess I will try to step ladder again... that stupid air conditioning thing mount is making it a struggle to even reach the hole..

It looks like the #1 post on the cap is just inboard or the wire grommet. We'll want to see where the rotor sits when the crank is at 0. Any luck with compression?

ok. I felt a puff of air.. going counter clockwise.. if looking from the front towards the firewall... or turning towards the passenger side

Here is where that parallax comes in again. Can you take a picture directly over the distributor with the hammer head lined up just inside the body of the distributor. Per Cruiser's instruction, what we are optimally looking for is: "the trailing edge of the distributor rotor tip is just departing from the #1 spark plug wire post terminal."

Note: Page 1 of Cruiser's tip does indicate that Tip 13, RENIX distributor indexing, is not relevant to '91 and newer.

Let's call it good on TDC. It's currently sitting at about +2 degrees. If you want to be absolutely perfect, get it back to the 0, otherwise its time to evaluate that rotor position.

actually it is in the exact same place as the guy with the mj has it in his timing video when he is done..

I did not turn it anymore... but I do want to be sure that if I need to I can happily take the dizzy back out and rotate it 180 since the air was felt on
