I was going to Valvoline to get my oil changed. I asked for 10-30, they said they stopped making it, and all they had was 5-30. Ran that for two oil changes, started to have a knocking noise, lower end. Switched back to doing my own, I use Pennzoil 10-40, with Lucas additive. No more knock, much happier 4.0L
Oh yeah, mine's a '94 with 202,XXX on it, still runs strong.

i will never use penzoil, it is perafin based (wax) and turns to sludge. i've taken apart too many motors where people say they only used penzoil, and the valve covers and such have a caked on layer of sludge.
i used castrol for a while, but i like valvoline max life the best.
