. Anyway, I just used my brother's angle grinder with a sanding belt and scuffed up the paint. Where there was rust I used a soft grinder wheel to knock of the loose stuff. I wasn't able to get any pictures before adding the seats, but I'll have some pictures up tomorrow of the liner with all trim replaced and the seats put back in.

There wasn't much rust at all, which is really amazing considering how soaking wet all of the carpet and foam was when I ripped it out. Disgusting and smelly

i thought about using a rust converter or something like that before i laid the herculiner but i think rust needs oxygen to generate or at least that sounds good... so i figured it would be fine... i dont really care bout my jeep that much... not if the floors rust anyway in the next 10 years... its always fixable if it gets to bad...
I do not have a carpet from the rear seats forward and i used herculiner on the floor. I still have the front to do. I also used it in the rear wheel wells. I have used this product before and it is amazing... AS LONG AS YOU PREP IT... do not have any type of oils or it will peal off sooner than it should... but it is amazing stuff
I have qwikliner spray on bedliner and it works well.QWIK LINER Spray-On bedliner is industry proven to provide your truck bed with anti skid, permanent abrasion-resistant protection. The unique flexible, textured, non-porous lining is easy to clean and will not warp, crack or peel.
i would recommend u-pol raptor... $100 for 4 pints and a spray gun.... rele tough ****, goes on easy and can get it in any color u want http://www.tptools.com/p/2600,233_U-...Liner-Kit.html
I have qwikliner spray on bedliner
The cost of qwikliner is around $300 and a lifitime warranty against chipping, peeling and cracking.
