Default Bent control arm bracket

My Jeep is a 2000 Cherokee LTD. The front driver side bracket is bent, where the control arm is bolted. While driving at slow speeds 15mph and less, it clunks and I can feel the vibration in the floor and through the steering wheel.

Has anybody gotten this repaired/fixed? Price quotes to do so? I'd like to get this fixed so I can concentrate on a lift and some other extras.

Any opinions/facts/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you can get a heavy replacement from rusty's or rugged ridge. there are others too but not sure who, i know rubicon express is out for now.

but i'd get it replaced soon, it will break off, trust me. haha.

oh, they're about 50 bux, and someone to cut off the old, grind and weld on the new.

I agree with cajed. I have a 1997 xj and my driver side conrol bracket was crushed. I got the brackets from rustys offroad. Quick fix!

I am going to bump this back up to the top.

I need to get the driver side control arm bracket cut off and get a new one welded on, then reattach the control arm to it.

Does anybody in the Lancaster/FT Mill/Rock Hill/Charlotte area weld good or have experience with metal work or can point me in the direction of somebody who can help me out? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
