The rear is pretty much useless. Not many keep it.

The front is the one you'll wanna be concerned with.

from what ive read, the rear sway bar on a lifted jeep just doesnt do much. If you are towing stuff, it might be smart to keep, but if not the consensus seems to be delete it.

people talk about increased body roll without sway bars, but i bought my jeep without front sway bars and didnt even know about it until osmeone told me a month later....if that tells you anything about body roll. (that being said...i drive it like a lifted jeep, not a lowered and stiffened skyline)

Body roll is just one part of removing the sway bar.

Many people run on street without either, but I recommend keeping the front sway bar and using sway bar links with disconnects if you want to go wheeling. The purpose of sway bars is to keep the body parallel to the axles while turning/maneuvering. This is bad for off road but good for on road driving, especially if you have the higher center of gravity that comes from lifting.

Again, people are going to say they run without either and are fine, but i think it's safer as a DD with the front connected while on the street. Trash the rear bar. Just my $.02
