Went to start my jeep after school and the lights and everything came on but then when i turned the key on, every light went out ant wouldnt come back on. i popped the hood and literally just wiggled the ground wire hooking up to the battery terminal and the lights came back on. continued this process a few more times and then it started. Any ideas of what could be the problem? PO told me the alternator was recently replaced.

Clean the battery terminals till you see clean metal. Wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the battery cables as well.

If that doesn't work get your battery load tested with a multimeter or at your local parts store. If it fails, replace as necessary.

Also, clean and "refresh"all your ground contact points.
