battery not charging

battery not charging
i have replaced the battery, alternator, power, and ground wires. when i go wheelin it last about four hours on a full charge. i have tested the battery when the car is off and it reads 12.45 and while its running it reads 12.08. i have also tested the inline fuse and there is current. need help, need to be able to wheel longer
