Adding lift???
ok, front, just disconnect the swaybar, and shocks, lower the axel, and compress the springs, take springs out, and remove insulator, put in spacer, follow by insulators then spring and do the other side, and put everything back together, rear pretty simple, remove old shackle , install new one,, 2 bolts pretty straight forward
check the how to section I think there is a howto there

also a trick someone told me was depending on the year the whole piece that holds the bump stop inside the spring can come out so you dont have to compress the spring as much-or if you jack one side of the axle up the other side should go down to make it easier to get the springs in and out.
they will come out with out compressing but they wont go back in.... bc your adding an 1" where they used to sit... (thats in your garage, or driveway, but if you can get it high enoghs you can do anything

OME sells an add a leaf that supposidly nets 1" you may want to look into that, I'm probably going to go the shackle route when the time comes.
