i have replaced my alternator and battery and still no charge what are some other fixes

when you say its not charging, are you testing the system while the vehicle is running?

A ground could be gone bad. Like the one that grounds it to the block

i have tested while running and it tells me i have a bad alternator

what tells you that? a voltmeter? as stated before, check them grounds, those babies reek havoc on this engine and electronics

its a battery charger that has a test alternator

thats not gonna work, you really need a voltmeter to test your system. go get you a 20 dollar tester and check it out. could be something simple but its kickin your butt cause of the wrong tool. see if you can borrow one somewhere..

first test the battery voltage. then test it with the vehicle running. let me know the outcome

did you test the alt that you bought? sounds like thats the issue. unless there is a wiring issue with the alt. did you check all the wires from the alt?

its a new alternator. i have checked all of the wiring. is there a fuse somewhere that could be blown. i know there is somthing because when i go wheelin i only get about 4 hours then it wont start or stay running
