Battery harness replacement

My battery harness has seen better days and I'd like to replace it. The wires look a bit sketchy too, any suggestions - thanks
And i too bought the battery cables from XJwonder. haven't installed yet but they look great!

For the terminals:
You can see in the second picture that someone has already once taken off the positive cable and replaced the terminal. It's really easy to do. Just get some marine battery terminals from Autozone, along with some copper cable lugs. Use wire cutters and cut the cables as close to your current terminals as you can get, strip some of the wire off and put it into the back end of the lug. Crimp down, slide lug over marine post. Took me about 30 minutes start to finish.

Nothing that I know of. If you want it done for you, that's a good option. If you want to DIY, it's easy.
