X2 Dixie. Amazing that large solid metal can not make contact, but it sure does that.

CPL, Does sound high to me, (my 90 is all but zip, (.01)), and the radio memory takes something.

Guess you can leave the meter on it and pull fuses one at a time, maybe find something that way.

ADDED: I just re-read...you have .18, not .34......Don't know, that doesn't sound too bad.

VVVV....34. Thank you will....VVV

That's what I am saying. LOL. I told my brother in law, who has been a mechanic for years about the battery issue, and he told me to do just that... So I did, pulled every fuse, and nothing changed.. Then, afterwards he told my .34 was spec for the jeep, and I was pulling .18, which was within the limits. I still have no idea. Some days I can go and start it fine, and others it is just dead. I thought it could be something wierd like my hood prop was laying on the negative terminal, but i moved it, and same thing. Plus I have no radio... the PO, in all his infinite wisdom (sarcasm better be noted here) pulled it out and cut all the wires.Iwas hoping it was grounding, and that was the issue, but nope... not that. I am taking the battery with me tomorrow to get it tested... which would both **** me off and make me happy if it is the problem because I just bought it 2 months ago, and it literally has less than 50 miles driven on it, but if it just happened to be a bad battery, i could live with that.

Also, I am assuming the alternator is fine, since when i jump to start it, i let it run for a while (an hour or so, and that charges the battery).

Sorry for the short(ish) hijack. Let us know if you have solved your problem with the battery.
