Ok so im having a problem with low voltage in my jeep... this started best i can remember when i changed my oil and battery terminals (2 weeks ago). Anyhow, it will start up and run and then each time i restart it it seems weaker and weaker... jeep off key off i got 12. 8 something volts on my multimeter from the battery. Headlights on jeep off key off i got 10. something volts from battery. Jeep running in got 13-14 ish volts on the battery. Disconnected the positive terminal from the battery and put the multimeter on 10 amps and measured with the positive lead on the disco'd terminal and the neg lead on the positive battery terminal and got -.08... 2 days ago i got .86 or close enough by doing that. Its on the battery charger for the night because something is draining my battery but i dont know what... any ideas as to what this could be? Alt not working sometimes or what?

Tested the voltage this morning... 13. something on the battery, slow to crank but did then i pulled the terminal off so im guessing the alt is good... Something has to be drainging the battery though... idk what though cause when i measure the amps between the terminal and the post it was still ~.08...

The terminal test isn't foolproof for the alternator, best thing would be to get it tested, most part stores do it for free. Also if they have a tester that actually uses an amp clamp probe they can tell you if there is a draw on the system with everything off to at least give you a starting point.
