Ball joint. Stuck receiver.

Ball joint. Stuck receiver.
Hey guys.
I just pressed in a lower ball joint. The receiver is stuck on the joint itself now. Any ideas on getting this off. I’ll need it for the other side... it’s been a hell of a weekend.

Engine: 4.3L with headers and full 3" exhaust system
Rock it back and forth by hitting it with a hammer and get it loose enough you can get something in there to pry it off
