Everything is going real smooth till I get to taking off the upper ball joint. The screw is all the way pushed up and it popped up on the top end of the joint. Looking for the best way to get this thing out of here? I was thinking maybe time for the cut off wheel or a different combination for the ball press. Curious as to what ya'll think!

The threads look close to being out of the knuckle...If the bottom ball joint is out... can you use a prybar to seperate from the knuckle... then work on the rest... get the rubber out of there clean it up and use heat. Or just keep pushing or smack the ball joint stem out of the top.... and go from there... I don't think its going to be a one step process...
good luck!
If you havent already, take the nut off the lower balljoint. Thread it back on a couple turns. Take a 5lb sledge and hit the top of the knuckle. Sometimes this is a must to get the knuckle off anyway, and can be quite stuck. A pickle fork between the knuckle and balljoint can be used as well, but i find it to be less effective. You can take the tierod nut off if you want. Free the knuckle from the balljoint studs and remove the lower nut.
Im assuming that wire is the ABS? Move that out of the way first so you dont accidentally damage it.
