my passenger side ball joint is going bad and i need to replace them soon. i need some help to choose which name brand to buy, moog is out of the question for sure cuz it's out of my price range. i found this on team cherokee website am wondering anybody have this on their xj? i want to spend $100 or less

got any napas or bennett auto parts stores around ya ball joints are something not to cheap out on ,dont gotta get high dollars but get a quality part

 

i found some at orielley's think it's called "master" they like 25 for the upper and lower set, never heard of the brand. the bad part is the tool i need to rent will cost over $200 at orielley's. i'll check out napa tomorrow thanks.

 

autozone also rents and you get all money back upon return of tool,i paid around 30 a joint napa brand...

Can't really beat that. Doesn't really get any better than spicer either

 

When u get the tool get it from advanced auto. Its almost $200 bucks but you get the $ back. It has the angled cup that you need to press the new joints in properly. The autozone kit doesn't

i have had a jeep here since around 94 and never have i replaced the ball joints lol. quite a task at hand for me when i get around to do it

 

get the press from advance, its $200 but u get it back, its well worth it, the AZ press just doesnt come with everything u need
