ball joint brain teaser
okay 97 xj with 110K on it.3 inch lift 31" tires"
i pulled my axles to do the axle seals and my carrier bearings.along with my pinion shaft bearings seals etc. axle seals. the whole nine beside the good gears left over.ah
question is shoud i replace my ball joints while im in there. i say of course but the real question is shoud i rpelace with some duralast ones i got real cheap .long story but thats besides the point.
are duralast ball joints any good as far as better then my stock ones with 110k on them? i hate to put these duralast ones in then a year down the raod hav to pull my axles again. i wanna be doen with the front end and if i do ball joints i will be. how long do stock ball joints last. i have no play and i can do 90mph with no shake.?
also is it worth to just spend the exrtra cash and never hav to pull the axle out agin and just ge thte better moog joints?
i know obviosly it is worth it but .. just shootinthe breeze.
lets hear what you guys hav to say
i hear moog is the way to go..

I wouldnt spend $250 on balljoints unless your gonna be riding ruff offroad alot. I had to replace my balljoints a few ago, im broke and in college so I got duralast, well mostly they had three duralast, and I had to buy a valuecrap lower one, seems fine to me. It depends on how much money youy have, id say swap them.
