Bad water pump or clogged radiator?

The electric fan did NOT work before all this and I have no idea how long it has been since it did. I only noticed due to the over heating problems this last week. Since I can start the fan with a 12 volt battery, I will check all fuses and connections today.

The new fan clutch I got at NAPA was only about $30, I think the parts store you talked to must have gotten it wrong, I can't see why they'd want to charge you $300 for that part. Easiest part to change in the whole bunch too, besides maybe the coolant sensor. Mine had some corrosion on the spring which may have been preventing it from fulling engaging.
