Bad TPS symptoms

I am having all of the same issues mentioned in this thread. I have vents cut in the hood of my '00 XJ and after driving in a hard, steady rain yesterday the symptoms began. I'm pretty sure the rain conked my TPS. I'm going to replace it tonight and will report back with results.

Replaced the TPS yesterday afternoon. Initially the CEL stayed lit, jeep ran fine. CEL was not on this morning on my drive to work and runs back to normal. Looks like I will be making some type of flashing to keep water off of the TPS from now on.
