I swear if its not one thing its another... so I just got off the highway. pulled down a street to get gas and i hear this weird binding poping noise. i continue driving it. then it started to do it alot. i got out and looked everything seemed ok, but now its doing it pretty bad it sounds like its coming from the rear end, or the tcase? i have a d35 and its been howling pretty bad. i changed the wheelbearings and axle seals a while ago. its a pretty scarry noise. its like a binding poping noise. it shifts and runs fine, 4x4 works too. so could it be my rearend dieing on me? any help would be great

I also discovered that the bottem leaf on the drivers side is cracked, but i dont think that would be causing the noise... if it was the tranny or tcase would it not be shifting properly or poping out of gear?
