Question Axle shaft u-joint rubbing issue

Hello everyone,
So I put new axle shafts in my front axle a few weeks ago, I just got to test drive the car after installing them today and I heard some really rough rubbing noises that occur only on some turns (left, right, and at variable degrees of turn). Sometimes it does it other times it does not. I took a look with a light and saw shiny metal on the inner part of my new shaft's u-joint. I'm getting the car aligned later today since I did mess around with the tierods. I'm not sure if that will fix this issue. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas as to what may be causing this I would greatly appreciate it. If there's anything I can do to clarify please let me know.

I attached a photo of the shafts I purchased and I circled the area where the rubbing is occurring (the arrow is meant to illustrate that the lobe of the shaft rubs into the area the arrow is pointing to).

Thank you.

Did you move the turn stops ? because it sounds like the front end is turning to far . you mite have to adjust the stops to stop it from rubbing . also did you check the new axles to if they are made different that would let it rub ?

Hey, thanks for the reply! Please excuse my ignorance, but where can I locate the Turn stops? I'm not sure where they should be, also how would they be adjusted? Also regarding the last question, the website I ordered them off of say they are a direct fit.

Thanks again.

I wonder if the shafts aren't snugged up to the hub bearings if they're rubbing like that. Did you do a side by side comparison before putting them in?

I did compare them they were good, I think Tech's reply was probably the reason why. I ordered the bolts, turns out they aren't there at all. Silly me, I changed the knuckles and forgot to move em over. So I think that's the fix, I will be installing them when the dealer says I can go pick em up. If that's not it then I'm stumped.

Also, the shafts fit perfect the wheel hub was snug and all.
