I have recently replaced an axle shaft with a new one. I have done the replacement myself, but I have some concerns about grease application. Do the joints come pre-greased correctly from the factory, or do they need to be greased?
From the info I am reading on the internet, they should have factory grease applied inside the cv joint, but the shop that sold them are not sure about it. Is it at all possible that axle shafts may come without grease from the factory?

Most ujoints that are sealed have grease in them from factory, I know spicer does and precision joints do. Most the ujoints with zerts do also but i always grease them after install anyway.
