Default Axle Hop? HELP!

Ok, so i have a question. I'm the proud owner of this 91 Laredo.
3" Lift and 32" BFG A/Ts

I went wheeling last weekend with the county's Jeep Patrol (A Division of the sheriff's office) And drove over some pretty tough power line roads, with lots of ruts and mud and rocks. Anyways, I've developed a clunk in my rear end. I only feel it when I start to go from a stop, and immediately after a stop, it feels like the rear axle is shifting back and forth, as if its moving towards the front of the vehicle and then moving back. Its not a very good feeling and it worries me. Please help with any advice. And, Yes, I'm running 3" Lift blocks, but only for 4 months and havent wheeled it too hard since putting them on.

Thanks!!

I see you have lift blocks and that would make your springs want to wind up......they put more leverage on the spring. Which would cause that to happen.

I don't use blocks. It's better to use a spring or for a small lift like that just a add a leaf imo I'd be a inexpensive upgrade since you already have the rest of the lift.
