What makes you think you need new bearings and seals?
I like SKF or Timken bearings. Same for the seals. Just go to any major parts site like RockAuto or Partsgeek and search by year, make and model. Or go to your local parts store and ask them to look it up for you.
The job is a little complicated and time consuming, so look it up first. There are some good Youtube videos that explain the process.
