Having an impossible time getting the 3 knuckle bolts out, tried everything from breaker bar with pipe to impact gun, they’re truly frozen/seized/rusted on there.

Lots of penetrating oil, from both the front where the threads come through the hub and the back side. You can also apply heat to the threads sticking out of the front of the hub. Speaking from experience, if your 1/2-inch 12-point socket fits better, use that to minimize the tendency to round the head off. Then the fun begins because the hub is probably rusted in place as well. Here's a thread with a few great tips. I'm pretty sure those bolts are M12x90mm, grade 10.9.
