My '92 is loud and I'm trying to find ways to make the ride a little more quiet. I'm planning to add some sound proofing material to the doors and floor, with a good bit of concentration on the transmission hump because there is a lot of sound coming from that area. It doesn't matter if I'm doing 20 or 70, if it is in gear and driving, my ax-15 is loud. I'm pretty certain nothing is wrong with it as everything seems to be in good working order, but I thought I should still ask other guys with the same transmission to see if it is just a normal characteristic for these transmissions. Any input? Thanks!
