Default AW4 Transmission Weight

I've gotta drop my AW4 automatic tranny in order to get to the torque converter. It's just 2wd, so i don't have to deal with a transfer case. I was wondering what the approximate weight of the transmission is, and if the 450lb capacity transmission jack from Harbor Freight will work.

Here is the jack:

My brother and myself easily moved mine. I even put my old one on a dolly and moved up a flight of stairs by myself.
