AW4 Transmission need help

AW4 Transmission need help
I have a 1998 XJ I purchased in August.
I was getting a P0700, P0751 and P0756 engine codes. I changed the fluid and filter ( it was black, waited a week drained and refilled again ) Last week I replaced all 3 tranny seleniods, new filter new fluid, and purchased a used transmission control module from a wrecking yard. It's still throwing the same codes.
What it is doing is when I start driving it shifts through all the gears perfectly and at 60 mph runs at a little over 2000 rpm. Later on it will be running about 2500 to 2700 rpm at 60 mph.
I brought it to a local Aamco tranny shop today, told them what I have done and what it is doing. 3 hours later they called me back, told me what codes it was throwing ( I told him I knew that and told you that when I dropped it
off ) He told me base price for an overhaul was $2800 and it would go up depending on what else they found when they opened it up!!!!
Any ideas or help would be Greatly Appreciated THANKS

Dont let AAMCO (All Automatics Must Come Out) touch it. I have had first hand experience with them and do not recommend them. That BBB sticker on the door didnt mean jack. Shop elsewhere.

It's kicking out of od for some reason OR the tc isn't locking up. Has the fluid ever been changed? I used to have an F-150 that would shutter on the highway and the tc wouldn't lock up, I changed the filter and fluid and it ran fine after I did that. $2800 for an AW4 no way, you can a get good one from a junkyard for $500 with a warranty usually and you're set. AW4 is a very solid transmission so buying a good used transmission with low miles would work fine.
